Doll measures about 6 inches tall.



Materials:



Simply Soft Yarn in Red, White and Blue

Hot Glue

Tacky Glue

Fiber Fill

Gold beads for Halo

Purchased gold angel wings

Fibre Craft 1" Doll Head with arms. (Comes in package of 5 sets)

Size "F" Hook



Starting at bodice with white:

Rnd 1: Ch 2, 12 sc in first ch. Join (12 sc)

Rnd 2 thru 5: Ch 1, sc in same place and in each sc. Join (12 sc)

Rnd 6 thru 7: Ch 1, dec over next 2 sc around. Join (6 sc)

Rnd 8: Ch 3, 1 dc in same place and 2 dc in each sc around. Join (12 dc)

Rnd 9: Working in back loops, ch 3, 1 dc in same place, 1 dc in next dc, (2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next dc) around. Join (18 dc)

Rnd 10 : Working in back loops, ch 3, 1 dc in same place, 1 dc in next 2 dc (2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next 2 dc) around. Join (24 dc)

Rnd 11: Working in back loops, ch 3, 1 dc in same place, 1 dc in next 3 dc (2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next 3 dc) around. Join (30 dc)

Rnd 12: Working in back loops, ch 3, 1 dc in same place, 1 dc in next 4 dc (2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next 4 dc) around. Join (36 dc)

Rnd 13: Working in back loops, ch 3, 1 dc in same place, 1 dc in next 5 dc (2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next 5 dc) around. Join (42 dc)



Ruffles:

Rnd 14: Attach red in any dc at bottom of dress. Ch 4, 1 dc in same place as joining; (ch 1, d dc, ch 1, 1 dc) in each dc around. Join and finish off.

Rnd 15: Working in free loop of previous rnd, attach white and report rund 14. Finish off.

Rnd 16: Working in free loop of previous rnd, attach blue and report rnd 14. Finish off.

Rnds 17-18-19: Repeat rnd 14, alternating colors. Finish off

Rnd 20: Ruffle for at waist. With white, ch 15, dc in 4th ch from hook; ch 1, (1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc, ch 1) in each remaining chains. Put ruffle around waist and join and finish off.



Sleeves:

Rnd 1: With white, ch 4, 11 dc in first ch, join. (12 dc)

Rnd 2: Ch 3,1 dc in joining and 2 dc in each dc around. Join (24 dc) Finish leaving length to gather opening leaving a small opening for the arms.



Assembly

Stuff bodice.

With hot glue, put a dab of glue over the opening and insert arm.

With hot glue, attach head to body.

With hot glue attach sleeves to bodice.

Glue wing to back.

Using tacky glue, attach beads for halo.
