Freddy the Frog” Light Switch Cover

Materials:

#14 Plastic Canvas Mesh
DMC Embroidery Floss:

#700 (Christmas Green - bright)
#519 (Sky Blue)
#300 (Mahogany - very dark)
#310 (Black)
Clear Light Switch Cover Kit

Instructions:


Cut 1 piece of PC 40X64 threads. Following the pattern, cut out the center for the light switch, 8X14 threads and 2 places where the screws will be, 4X4 each. Do all the stitching first, by following the pattern and then using the finished photo do the backstitch detail for Freddy & the stems of the cattails. Finish up by overcastting, using the colors that are in that area. Place the finished product in the clear light switch cover. Paint one of the screws green, close in color as Freddy and the other screw blue for the background (you could use a permanent magic marker if you prefer).
