Bodice
Row 1: Ch 25, sc in 2nd ch from hook, ch 2 (counts as first dc), (2 dc in next ch, dc in next) 11x, 2 dc in last st, ch 3, turn. (ch 3 counts as dc here and throughout pattern)
Row 2: Dc in next dc, (2 dc in next, dc in next 2) 11x, 2 dc in end turning ch, ch 3, turn. [48 sts]
Row 3: Dc in next st, (2 dc in next, dc in each of next 2 sts) 15x, 2 dc in end turning ch, ch 1, turn.
Row 4: Sc in next 8 sts, ch 4, sk next 16 sc, sc in next 16, ch 4, sk next 16, sc in next 8, ch 1, turn. [40 sts]
Row 5: Sc in ea st and ch across, ch 1, turn and continue with skirt. [40 sts]


Skirt
Row 6: (Sc in next 3, 2 sc in next) 8x, sc in next 8, ch 1, turn. [48 sts]
Row 7-11: Sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn.
Row 12: Sc in next 3, 2 sc in next, (sc in next 5, 2 sc in next) 7x, sc in next 2, ch 1, turn. [56 sts]
Row 13-15: Sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn.
Row 16: Sc in ea sc across. Fasten off lavender.
Attach yellow in last st worked, ch 1, turn.
Row 17: Sc in ea sc across, ch 1, turn.
Row 18: Sc in ea sc across, fasten off yellow.
Attach lavender in last st worked, ch 1, turn.
Row 19: (Sc in next 8, 2 sc in next) 6x, sc in next 2, ch 1, turn. [62 sts]
Row 20: Sc in ea st across. Fasten off lavender.
Attach blue in last st worked, ch 3, turn.
Row 21: Dc in same st as joining, (3 dc in next st, 2 dc in next st) across. Fasten off blue.


Sleeve Ruffles
Attach blue thread to 1st st of underarm, sc in same st.
Row 1: Sc 22x evenly around sleeve, join with a sl st in beg sc.
Row 2: (Ch 3, sc in next sc) around, end with a ch 2, sl st to join in 1st ch of beg ch 3. Fasten off, and repeat for other sleeve.


Collar
Attach blue to 1st st of foundation ch, ch 1.
Row 1: Sc in ea st across (24 scs), ch 1, turn.
Row 2: Hdc in next 6 sc, sk 2 sc, tr 9x in next sc, sk 2 sc, sc in next sc, sk 2 sc, tr 9x in next sc, sk 2 sc, hdc in last 6 sc, ch 3, turn.
Row 3: (Sc in next st, ch 3) 13x, sl st in next 3 sts, (ch 3, sc in next st) 14x. Fasten off.

Finishing
With right side facing and lavender thread sl st between end of collar and beginning of yellow stripe on each side of dress back.
Weave in all ends.
Sew 3 buttons down front of dress.
Dress doll. Sew back seam using loops of sl sts to close. When you reach the yellow stripe flip the dress up to view wrong side and continue sewing from the back to hide lavender thread. Fasten off.
